Dya Kaur has been a KRI certified Kundalini yoga Instructor since 2007, specializing in women’s yoga, Khalsa Way pre-natal yoga and yoga for kids. She has been practicing Kundalini yoga since 1998. She was given her Spiritual name, Dya Kaur by Yogi Bhajan, meaning “Princess of wisdom, strength and compassion” and strives to live up to it every day through a lot of faith, a deep respect for the teachings and a healthy sense of humor.
A mother of two and professional writer, Dya Kaur finds Kundalini yoga to be an integral tool for remaining grounded and graceful through the chaos of life. Dya Kaur has found Kundalini yoga to be a life-changing technology that elevates the mind, body, and spirit.
